We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your organization: Coaches within the same team or organization may view player assessment data as permitted by the platform.

4. Minor Users
DiamondMetriq is designed for use by high school and travel baseball players, many of whom may be under 18. We take extra care with data related to minors:
- Player accounts for minors are created by and managed through their coach
- We do not knowingly collect more information from minors than is necessary to provide the service
- Parents or guardians may contact us to review or request deletion of their child's data
- Assessment results for minor players are controlled by their coach — players only see results after their coach releases them
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and access controls that limit who can view your data.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Anonymous, aggregated assessment data may be retained indefinitely to support baseball IQ benchmarking, as this data cannot be linked back to individual users.
